Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
The process
How exciting that you want to create together! The first step is super simple: head over to the contact page and fill out the form. From there, we’ll schedule a quick call (about 15-20 minutes) to get to know each other, chat about your brand, and see if we’re a good match for your project.
Every brand moves at its own pace, but a complete identity process typically takes between 6 and 8 weeks. This timeframe allows us to research, create, and refine every detail to ensure the final result 100% reflects what your brand needs to communicate.
Absolutely! Even though the studio is based in Uruguay, I work with brands from all over the world. The process is 100% digital, so we coordinate everything through video calls, emails, and messages.
First off, your commitment and your vision. I’ll ask you to fill out an initial creative brief with as much information as possible, to be engaged in our meetings, and to provide clear and timely feedback. The best projects always come from great teamwork and communication 🙂
Services & Deliverables
So much more than just a pretty logo :)) Brand Creation is a complete process that starts with strategy—defining your ‘why,’ your voice, and your audience—continues with the visual identity—primary and secondary logos, color palette, typography—and ends with a brand guidelines book that shows you how to apply it all cohesively, everywhere.
We don’t design “just logos.” We believe a logo without strategy is just a drawing; it isn’t a functional or scalable solution. Our focus is on creating complete visual identities, built with purpose, coherence, and long-term vision.
Branding is the entire universe that gives your brand meaning: its purpose, its voice, its personality, and how it communicates. The visual identity is the visible part of that universe: the colors, the typography, the logo, and the graphic elements that represent it. In other words, branding defines who you are, and visual identity shows what that looks like.
If your brand is just starting out (or you want to do a deep strategic rethink), the ideal path is to work on the complete branding: defining purpose, voice, audience, and values. On the other hand, if you’re already clear on who you are, who you’re talking to, and you just want to refresh the visual side (logo, colors, fonts), then what you need is a visual identity. In short: branding builds the foundation, and visual identity gives it form. We can start wherever your brand is right now :))
We deliver all your assets ready to use. This includes all the file formats you’ll need: vector files (.AI, .SVG) for print and scaling, and optimized files (.PNG, .JPG) for web and social media. Everything is delivered fully organized, along with a brand board and/or guidelines and a video guide to help you start using your new brand.
Yes! We design the visual artwork, and we also work directly on the technical templates (dielines) provided by your supplier. We deliver the final artwork ready for production, with all the necessary specs (colors, measurements) to send straight to the printer.
We focus on your website’s design: the user experience (UX) and the visual interface (UI). We create a design that’s built to look good and function intuitively. We don’t handle the development (coding, WordPress, etc.), but we can either work alongside your developer or recommend a trusted partner we collaborate with regularly.
Pricing & Payments
Every brand has unique needs, scopes, and challenges. A project for a brand-new entrepreneur isn’t the same as a rebrand for an established company. That’s why we create custom proposals that are fair and transparent, based on the real value we bring to your project.
We use a 50/50 structure. We require a 50% down payment to confirm the project and officially book your spot in our schedule. The remaining 50% is paid upon project completion, just before the delivery of all final files.
Â
We understand that emergencies come up. However, our creative process requires time. If you need a project on a ‘rush’ timeline (faster than our standard), please ask about availability. These projects include an additional rush fee (as detailed in our Terms of Service) and are accepted based on our current schedule.
Revisions & Ownership
We believe in a collaborative, yet focused, process. Our proposals generally include two rounds of revisions per phase. This helps us keep the project agile and on track. If more rounds are needed, or if there are major changes outside the scope of the initial brief, they will be quoted separately.
